My publisher just contacted me and gave me some very exciting information.

The book is just rolling off the presses and shipping to warehouses now, but the book BUYERS (Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Borders, etc) are expecting the book to be BIGGER than initially anticipated and they are asking us to HOLD OFF on the big launch.
